We like to think we’re more like connectors than mere advisors. Our mission is to craft incredible, one-of-a-kind adventures that connect people with the world’s most captivating places, cultures, and experiences. And we’re here to look after them every step of their incredible journey!

How did you start the business?

I’ve been in the travel industry for 20 years, working for various tour operators and travel design companies. After the pandemic, I decided it was time for me to branch out on my own, to design travel the way I want it to look, and to work with the curious travelers that I love working with.

Over the years, I’ve acquired a network of partners around the globe who assist me in crafting each adventure specific to my traveler’s needs.

What’s one of your most favorite success stories?

I designed a multi-gen safari for an extended family visiting Tanzania. When they returned, the grandmother called me, very emotional. Her grandchildren were so affected and changed by the experience of meeting the local children at a village that they decided they didn’t need presents that year. Instead, they would send their Christmas packages to the children they met.

I may not be out there changing the world in big ways, but moments like this are incredibly rewarding. It’s knowing that I’m making a difference one traveler at a time, or in this case several children who will forever be global citizens from the experience I designed for them.

How much support there is for fellow women in travel, though you sometimes have to dig a bit deeper or find the connectors who can assist you, but they’re out there. There are so many incredible women around the world and we all are looking to support one another, especially through travel!

If you could visit any place in the world right this second, where would it be and why?

I want to say Scotland because I lived there for two years (many years back) and it will always be a part of my heart, but currently, it’s winter and the lack of sun is tricky at this time of the year 🙂 so instead I’m going to follow the sun south to Antarctica. I’ve never been and it’s been on my bucket list to see those adorable penguins, as well as the seals, whales, and so much more! It is such a special, remote place and so few people get the opportunity to visit. I hope to one day soon!

What advice do you have for other women starting businesses?

Just go for it! I think some of us have been known to overthink, worry, and try to talk ourselves out of things that are a bit scary.

Maybe you don’t have every single thing worked out before getting started, but it’s a learning process and you’ll figure it out as you go. I was once given a bracelet with a quote, “She took the leap and built her wings on the way down”. It’s always stuck with me and inspired me to leap, even when I don’t feel 100% ready!

And I’m so incredibly thankful I did. I’ve learned so much through the process and feel thankful for all the amazing women (and others) who have supported me each step of the way!
