Learn more about the features inside Salt Lake City’s first and only adventure-themed hotel, evo Hotel.
If you think adventure stops at your hotel room, think again.
During the recent WITS Travel Creator Summit in Utah we teamed up with evo Hotel, Salt Lake City’s first and only adventure-themed hotel, and, well, we wouldn’t be surprised if you never wanted to leave.

Calling evo a hotel is a gross understatement: the massive 100,000 square foot “campus” is outfitted with two outdoor gear shops, a rooftop bar, a cafe, a rock wall, a skate park, and more.

Wait…is there really a rock climbing gym in this hotel?

Yup!
Salt Lake Bouldering Project’s 33,000 square foot gym features world-class climbing, plus a yoga and fitness studio – and a 5,000 square foot indoor-outdoor skate park called All Together Skatepark.
Plus, after a big day of adventure, you can put your feet up at The Crown Bar, a rooftop patio complete with a firepit, to plan tomorrow’s outing.
Helping adventurous women get out there

While you really could spend your entire stay in Salt Lake just at this hotel, the truth is that Utah is gorgeous.
After taking in the panoramic views of the majestic Wasatch Mountains from your private balcony, you’ll be inspired to get out there (if you weren’t already).
Regardless of whether you’re new to outdoor sports or a veteran athlete, two on-site gear shops offer everything you might need to hit the trails, slopes, or crags.

Plus, the hotel is in a prime location with easy access to some of the best hiking trails, skiing spots, and rock climbing locations in the Salt Lake City area.
Giving back to the next generation
Since its founding in 2021, evo has donated over $5M and is committed to donating an additional $1M every year to organizations that reduce barriers to getting young people outside.
60% of those funds are committed to BIPOC-led organizations. Partners include Skate Like a Girl, Indigenous Women Outdoors, and Brown Girl Surf.
We loved the hotel for its unique artwork (featuring all local Utah artists), its community-oriented vibe, its giveback programs, and its amazing accessibility (the hotel offers many ADA-compliant options). Oh, and did we mention it’s dog-friendly?
